Is there a Lions and Lace Storefront?
Lions and Lace is a home based shop. Currently you can shop on-line or at boutiques throughout the year (announced when booked). If you are local to the Corona area, Lions and Lace has a home shop. Feel free to reach out to us to schedule a shopping time.
Do you do In-Home Boutiques
Yes! We love bringing our product to you. If you have a holiday/school/fundraising boutique you would like to see us at, let us know.
What is your return policy?
Here at Lions and Lace, we want you to love every piece of our product you receive. That is why we created one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. If you don't love it, simply return or exchange it for something else. Below are just a few rules to follow when returning your items.
Qualified returns and exchanges
Items with original tags still attached and no signs of being worn, are eligible for a full return/exchange if a return request is initiated within 30 days from when the item is received. After 30 days, exchanges or store credit will be issued.
We strive to find the best quality product available at an affordable price. But we understand that sometimes items slip through our quality control. If a seam rips or stitch breaks within 90 days of receipt, we will work with your local seamstress to repair the problem at no extra cost to you. If it is not repairable we will replace or exchange the item. This does not cover stains, rips in fabric due to snagging ect., or improper washing and drying. Any additional guarantee is at our discretion.
We wish we could accommodate all situations, unfortunately once a product has been worn or tags removed, it is no longer able to be returned or exchanged. So PLEASE do not take off the tags unless you are satisfied with the product.
Local customers can return items to the Lions and Lace shop in person. We understand that many of our customers do not live locally. So once a return request has been initiated, we will generate a return shipping label at no charge to you. Once the item is received and it's eligibility is confirmed; we will begin the return process and contact you in regards to your options.
Our styles are constently changing. So unfortunately we can not promise that a product will still be available in a different size or color when you go to exchange. If this happens, we will work hard to find you an item that you will love.
What is your ship time?
All items are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Everything will be shipped USPS First Class unless it is specified otherwise.
